At Iplexad Tech Pvt Ltd ("Iplexad", "we", "our"), protecting your financial data and personally identifiable information (PII) is our paramount institutional duty. In strict alignment with modern adtech financial standards benchmarked by Iplexad:
- Zero Storage of Card Data: All credit card, debit card, and banking credentials are submitted directly to licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant financial payment aggregators. Iplexad does not store, process, or view full 16-digit PANs, CVV codes, or net banking authentication passwords on our network servers.
- Zero Selling or Renting: We will never sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your financial data, billing names, or transactional histories with any external commercial entity or marketing agency.
- Confidentiality Assurance: Payment identifiers (such as tokenized transaction IDs, UPI VPAs, and bank IFSC codes) are accessible strictly by authorized accounting officers under non-disclosure obligations solely for settlement and statutory compliance.
- EU/EEA & Global Non-PII Safeguards: In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), payment records for international clients are anonymized and retained only for mandatory statutory audit durations.
2. Supported Payment & Payout Methods
Iplexad facilitates seamless transactional flow for international partners. The accepted payment rails include:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express processed via 256-bit TLS encrypted gateways.
- Global E-Wallets & Digital Solutions: PayPal and Payoneer for cross-border settlements in USD, EUR, and GBP.
- International Wire Transfer (SWIFT): Direct commercial wire to overseas corporate and personal bank accounts.
3. International Statutory Tax Compliance
Iplexad adheres strictly to international tax and finance regulations for cross-border settlements:
- Tax Identification Requirements: International publishers and advertisers may be required to provide valid local tax identification documents based on their jurisdiction for compliance with cross-border tax withholding regulations.
- Export of Services: Overseas advertiser transactions are treated as export of services subject to prevailing international trade guidelines.
4. 30-Day Dispute Resolution Policy
To ensure complete fairness, transparency, and accountability across our ad network:
- Dispute Submission Window: Any billing discrepancy, traffic count disagreement, or payout query must be formally reported within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice generation or payout execution.
- Submission Protocol: All dispute claims must be submitted in writing to madhura@iplexad.com accompanied by your Account ID, Campaign/Zone IDs, dates of occurrence, server logs, and specific numerical discrepancies.
- Structured Audit Process: Our financial audit team will cross-examine RTB transaction logs, bot filtration telemetry, and payment gateway settlement batches. We commit to delivering an initial formal assessment within 5 business days.
- Finality of Invoiced Amounts: Discrepancies reported after the expiration of the 30-day window shall be deemed waived, and the invoice shall be considered definitive and accepted by both parties.
5. Refund & Account Balance Cancellation Policy
Advertisers may request a refund of their unspent, cleared prepaid balance under the following conditions:
- Original Payment Method Restriction: In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, refunds can only be credited back to the original funding source (i.e. the exact credit card or bank account from which the payment originated). Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.
- Processing Timeline: Cleared refunds are reviewed within 3 business days and processed back through the gateway within 7 to 14 business days depending on the recipient bank's clearing cycle.
- Non-Refundable Items: Funds already utilized for delivered, verified ad impressions and clicks are non-refundable. Accounts suspended due to malicious ads, phishing, or serious terms violations forfeit remaining balances.
6. Publisher Payout Minimums & Schedules
Publishers receive payouts based on automated thresholds:
- PayPal / Payoneer: Minimum threshold $50 USD • Standard payment processor gateway charges apply.
- International Bank Wire: Minimum threshold $300 USD • Standard SWIFT intermediary charges apply.
