2. Data We Collect in Ad Serving (Non-PII by Design)

When serving programmatic advertisements, Iplexad adheres to strict Non-PII (Non-Personally Identifiable Information) principles. We do NOT collect real names, physical residential addresses, social security numbers, medical records, or exact GPS coordinates.

Technical signals collected automatically include:

• Coarse Geographic Location: Derived country, region, or city level based on truncated IP address.
• Device & Hardware Attributes: Device type (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet), operating system, screen resolution, and browser build.
• Network Signals: Connection type (Wi-Fi, Cellular 4G/5G) and telecom ISP operator.
• Impression & Interaction Telemetry: Ad placement IDs, timestamps, referral domains, and click/conversion event indicators.

3. Account Registration & Billing Data

When you register as an advertiser or publisher, we collect standard business information necessary to deliver service and fulfill statutory tax duties:

• Full Name and corporate entity name.
• Work email address and contact telephone number.
• Billing address, Tax identification numbers (where applicable).
• Payout destination credentials (Bank account IFSC/account number ).

Note: All credit card transactions are handled directly through licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant financial gateways. Iplexad does not store complete credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers.

4. Use of Cookies and Frequency Capping

We deploy privacy-safe cookies and local storage tokens for strictly functional purposes:

• Session Authentication: Keeping registered users securely logged in.
• Frequency Capping: Preventing an end-user from seeing the exact same advertisement repeatedly within a 24-hour window.
• Conversion Attribution: Matching advertiser conversions to specific publisher impressions without building permanent cross-site profiles.

5. Zero Selling of Data Guarantee

Iplexad does NOT sell, rent, or lease personal information or user browsing histories to third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or unrelated commercial organizations. Data is accessed solely by our internal automated RTB routers and designated accounting personnel under strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Data Subject Rights (GDPR, CPRA & DPDP Act)
